Im amazed that this God awful Giants offense has put up 8 runs on Texas and chased Lee from the game early on. I still think Texas can win this but for a team to strikeout 12 times, walk once and score 8 runs with a bunch of guys nobody else wanted is dumbfounding to me.

Giants with 8, wow, they are lucky to score 4 or 5.

If Texas got say 4-5 runs those first 2 innings this would be a diff game.

But once it was only 2-0 I think every Giants fan knew we had them right where we wanted them. That is the kind of ball they play. keep it close and win with timely hitting.

Instead of winning by a run tonight it looks like they'll win by plenty so that's the only difference in the giants script.

Who else do the Rangers have in their rotation? I know it's only game 1 but it's looking good for the Giants. This is exactly how they played vs atl/phi. And they've still not been behind any games in any series this playoff year.

ya thats the giants this year. You look at their lineup and nobody scares you. But they play baseball, and that's all that counts. Small ball with some long ball mixed in a few times. And that's enough when you got pitching like they have.

CJ Wilson and Colby Lewis are the next guys due to take the bump. I will be the first to tip my cap to the Giants for their at bats tonight, but Lee was very ineffective tonight once the Giants realized he didn't have anything but his heat, they went after him instead of the otherway around.

I think and feel that CJ will bounce back for the Rangers tommorrow with a stonger performance. He has been the stopper all year, and the Giants will have to expand their hitting zone a little more than tonight. Lee is a pitch to contact guy and he wasn't fooling any of your guys whatsoever.

If the Giants score 10 runs a game they will win the World Series. Easily... But I don't think that's in the forecast, we will just have to wait and see tommorrow how both teams respond to this first game.
