Meh, that was a comeback before being down 5-0.

The Indians bullpen has been so good so far, I never expected them to lose a game late for us. Shocked that it happened and to a player of Melky's quality.

Oh well. I guess I'll take a split on the road.

So it hit me this morning that I've been thinking how much the Mariners have been sucking so far this year...and then it hits me that the Braves are only 1 game better at this point. Sigh.

Are you saying that your Braves are of the same offensive caliber [scarcasm], as the Mariners?

Checked the splits, and the Braves collectively hit .227 for April in 2010, before going on a tear in May which saw them slug 43% as a team. That would maybe show a trend of notoriously slow starters throughout the club. No?

Maybe give it sometime.....since it is a 162gm season....

Alex Gordon has 10 doubles this year through 79 ABs.

He had 10 doubles all of last year in over 200 ABs.

He has only 1 HR so far this year though.

Are the homers going to come too?
