Brian Wilson looks like Zangief.

I always think of CM Punk, when I see him.

Chone Figgins. The guy acts like he doesn't care. He makes $9.5 million per season and is hitting .186. He can't get on base anymore. He can't play defense. His speed is obviously declining and that's what his game was all about before. He's been the worst regular player in the MLB over the past two seasons. It was a horrible signing, but hindsight is always 20/20. I'd be fine with the M's eating his contract and releasing him. At least then, he's not taking up a roster spot and poisoning our team.

To a lesser extent, Ichiro. I know, some peple are going to be baffled by that. I have just never been a fan. I respect and appreciate his talent. What he's done from a sheer statistics perspective has been pretty special. With that said, I think he's a horrible teammate. Multiple former Mariner players have attested to this. He's not a leader. He's our $18 million dollar, 38-year-old lead off hitter who has lost a full step this season and is all but done. His defense is also in a steep decline. I just feel like he's been a guy who has always been about himself and his numbers. He complained when the M's wanted to move to CF. He pouted when they tried batting him third. It just seems like he has never been about the success of the team, but rather his own numbers and wants. Not many M's fans share the same view of him as I, but it's just my opinion. My hope is that he finishes his last two or three years in Japan and the M's can get out from under that contract. Realistically, he might be a bargain for the M's at his current contract from a business perspective, but from a baseball one, he's crippling us right now.

These two guys eat up nearly 30 percent of the M's payroll. That's no fault of their own, but rather poor management. We have so much money tied up in lead off hitters and we don't have any power bats. The proof is in the stats, where the Mariners are dead last in every major offensive category in the MLB.

Milton Bradley, Chone Figgins, Jack Cust, and Don Wakamatsu (or how ever the hell you spell it) Didnt play Griffey in his last year and i hate him for it, i miss griffey so damn much :'(

I'm as big as a Griffey fan as you'll find here, but he could have helped his cause if he could get his batting average above .210.

Or not napping in the clubhouse when he was needed for pinch-hit duty...

I love Junior, he's my childhood hero, but he was all done. There's no shame in that, but the M's were trying to stay competitive. Bringing Junior back was a PR move driven by $. I loved seeing him back, but you can't fault Wak for keeping him out of the lineup.

Sadly, he would probably be one of our better hitters this year if he was still on the team.

Going to now put Nyjer Morgan on here with all of the douchey things I've seen him do in the past two years. What he's doing tonight was just a reminder for me to add him. It has nothing to do with the fact they're playing San Francisco right now.

Frankly, I'm still up in arms about the time he threw his tantrum in the outfield after trying to catch a ball at the top of the wall, and missing it... only to realize the ball hadn't actually gone over the fence, and the batter made it all the way to home for an inside-the-park home run.

Take your frustration out after the play, inning, or game. Not before. He seems like another Milton Bradley.

It was slightly more difficult than routine. He had to run a long ways. Still wasn't like mind-blowing or anything though. Won't be a Web Gem.

Ah my bad. I didn't see that play but I've seen him do that before on plays where he had to move like 10 feet to catch a fly ball.
