Don't think so. The PTBNL is from the Red Sox side if that's what you were referring to.

Man...shows how far Lars' stock has fallen. I don't care for the move...Harden hasn't shown much recently and is injury prone. I'm not throwing myself off a bridge or anything over losing these prospects, but I'm not getting Theo's thought process with these moves (Harden and Aviles).

There were rumors today that Josh Willingham would be coming with Harden but that isn't the case.

I think we gave up a lot to get Ubaldo. Not only will this help this season, but for the next 5 years

Surprised at the Navarro/Aviles deal...didn't think they'd trade him for another, older, infielder. Oh well.

I like the Lars/Harden deal. Lars was probably never going to crack the Red Sox team as there's no where to put him (unless he learned to play RF and run faster) and maybe Harden can actually stay healthy or something. Plus, it means Lars will hopefully get his chance finally.

Agreed. I just wish Theo could have sold high on him. Lars could still become a good player though, Adrian Gonzalez and Joey Votto (also lefties who like to hit the other way) both were late bloomers.

I have no idea why this makes sense for Boston. Fartin' Harden is a DL regular. I guess they want a play mate for Bucholz so they both can play MLB the SHOW while rehabbing.

Hopefully he finds consistency in Cleveland and can settle down whatever is going on with his mechanics. It'd be nice to see him in the playoffs again too

FSN/ROOT guys said Ubaldo is going to give a press conference at the top of the 7th in the locker room.

Really happy we got Ubaldo, but we gave up a lot to do it. Here's hoping he dominates for the next couple of years.

Looks like Derrek Lee is going to the Pirates for an A-ball hitter. Would've liked more than that, but he's been a huge disappointment this year so I can't really expect much.

Even when dangled out there for an inning, the guy is still smiling in his interview and has nothing bad to say about anyone. Atleast he's excited to go to a contender and understood this is all about baseball.

He admitted his head was never in the game tonight, can't blame him for that.

I am excited to get Ubaldo in Cleveland but man we gave up a lot. I was really excited about having White and Pomeranz in rotation in the future. Wish they could have someone kept one of the two.

If we can get Ludwick (or someone who can hit the ball consistently) I'd be extremely happy.
