I would encourage you to do so but then nevermind there is clearly a bias-- the kind that blurs ones vision.

Damn, I was hoping after the Jets win, I'd get to see a Yankee win right after it. Guess it will have to wait until tommorrow.

Im getting tired of how this is all being framed. Zimmer is completely to blame for what Pedro did to him. Pedro could have broke Zimmer in half but didnt. The bigger question should be why was Zimmer out there? He had no right. Also, its a little distirbing that Torre is making a hypocrit out of himself by suggesting that Pedro threw at Garcis on purpose. Both Pedro and Roger throw inside-- thats a given. In fact Clemens is THE BIGGEST HEADHUNTER OF ALLTIME. Clemens was actually the one who said he was going to throw at the vicinity of Bonds' head then did. Yet in spite of this, countless times Torre has defended Roger in such away offering the explanation along the lines that "it got away". Yet, now, he is making the assumption Pedro is headhunting. You cant have it both ways. Is anyone else sick of the media only showing Pedro give Zimmer the ole treatment while constantly reminding everyone Zimmer is 72 years old? Really that has nothing to do with anything. Also, has anyone noticed how the highlights almost never show Garcias cleats up slide into Walker? Also, regarding the groundscrew member; was anyone else bothered by how quickly Fox jumped to the conclusion that it was a fan? This is all adding up to a New York media slandering Boston. I remember watching a variety of games where NY fans have spilled drinks on visiting players and then there was the incident with Jose Canseco and the heckling Yankee fan. Simply put, as much as NY wants to think its better than Boston its really not regarding fans and their behavior and its irresponsible for the media to perpetuate this notion. Sure its true that Boston fans have eccentricities but none that make them less capable of behaving than NY fans.

Zimmer took Pedro threatening Posada with a bean ball to the head as an insult to him as he was in a coma from the same exact situation. Now Zim did go a little crazy and he addmitted that at a press conference today in which he broke down in tears because of the embarassment that he has caused the Yankees. The emotions were high, Zim was wrong, Pedro was even more wrong for intentionally hitting Garcia and then threatening Posada. He could have just sidestepped Zim but you dont think if you are rushed by someone even a 72 year old man...you just react. As for the bullpen incident..I dont know the whole story but I heard that this Sox fan was taunting Nelson and Nelson asked him to stop, he didn't and Nelson gave him a smack. They fought and Garcia saw his teammate in trouble and helped him out. they are not pressing charges. This all could have been avoided if Manny was such an as and if BoSox fans could hold their liquer.

It is disturbing to know that you don't take a person's health or age into consideration. Kinda scary. And spare me your bias crap, everyone is biased one way or another.

You don't sidestep by putting both your hands on a person's head and throwing him on the ground. But, hey, Zim did the right thing by apologizing on the besides of everyone, and felt embarrased for his actions. Obviously, this speaks of what kind of a man he is.
" I look at him and it's getting to the point where it's just scaring me. He looks younger but he doesn't carry himself in a younger manner. He's impressive, and I'm glad we drafted him. "

Joe Torre did point out that Pedro has pinpoint control, he was frustrated that he was getting hit around, 1st base empty, a lefty hitter at the plate with a righty following. Also, throwing inside, not at the head or behind the head.
About whole Bonds issue, I don't remember hearing Clemens talk about hitting Bonds' in the head. At his armor, yes, but not at the head.
Finally, I have no problem with heckling, or Boston's annoying "Rog-er" chants, but not getting onto the field and get into a fight with the opposing teams' staff.
