Sheesh his name is Steve Bartman......sounds fishy to me but whatever.

Dammit, why cant they just leave this guy alone. He did not lose the game for the Cubs.

No the Cubs know Prior and the defense blew it. The fan had the right to that ball and Alou wouldn't have caught it anyway. They just don't want to take the blame for it is all. I'm sure that the fan made Alex Gonzalez drop the ball out of his glove and made Prior give up 4 runs.Comment

Actually on Sportscenter the replay showed Alou had his glove right under the guys hand, so it was almost a given that he would have caught it. Obviously, the team you root for has no bearing on your judgment of this game does it?
