I'm glad you think that. That doesn't mean that it's not valid for a thread about the rumors around the offseason.

Where did I say it wasnt valid for the thread? I said its accuracy was dubious at best As for the other part. You missed my point. Not surprising though.

        Drop it, people. God.

Is this Ranger/Angel bull**** gonna last for a while or something? Is it here to stay? Lord knows we need another nonsense sniping feud to worry about on OS.

Probably. Especially now that the Cowboys season is over. Same insecurity and homerism different sport.

Pretty solid deal all around. About 8 million per year is perfect for both sides.

OF Fernando Martinez and P Daniel Ray Herrera placed on waivers by Mets.

Somebody will pick these guys up. Perhaps the Astros?
Definitely think the Phillies should take a chance since they need some OF depth and Herrera's a lefty. Plus they're both young.

Orioles sign Japanese LHP Wei-Yin Chen...don't really know much about him other than he sits at 90-93 and has a decent slider. Keith Law seemed to be high on him.

Sounds like Tigers might be willing to send some high prospects for Garza. Wish we could of got more for Fister. Here's there stats the past 2 years.

Fister was a little lucky last year with his BABIP and his HR rate, but he still developed big time. Was striking out more batters, had a ton of big starts and delivered every time. Including the playoffs. I enjoy watching him pitch more than Verlander.

Charlie Furbush is so bad. I feel like every pitch he throws could be his last, such ugly mechanics. Casper Wells is a nice player though. Good power and speed.

Tomorrow's going to be a fun day - Maholm puts the Cubs roster over 40, so something has to happen - and I wouldn't be surprised if it's Garza.
