Sorry, I don't mean to update everytime something good happens for the Yankees, but it's been a while since i could do that.

Also, watching all the little information overlays pop up on Gameday is extremely interesting.

Still have to focus. 6 outs away.

Still a bad move to appease the calls to bench A-Rod but at the very least "it worked", and Ibanez drove in the first run. Way this is going, that might be all they need.

Bats are definitely going to have to heat up to beat the Tigers if they end up holding on here.

            How do you figure?

Both teams have been horrible offensively, and the pitching has been tremendous on both sides. Really could go either way.

Yea, they better wake up big time against Detroit. Yankees would be home, if it wasn't for the pitching. I'd hate to see what Verlander is gonna do to us, if we keep this up.

More specifically the fact Brian Matusz, Jake Arrieta and Chris Tillman were suppose to be this 1-2-3 lock down rotation and 2/3 are middle relief guys three years later.

Ibanez deserves to start. Chavez does not.

Yes, I keep wondering why he is out there, rather have Arod honestly.

And at least they could have brought A-Rod in to face the lefty.

Nerve wracking inning right there but CC gets out of it. Most likely up to Soriano now

Don't get too 'tight' about it. I call anybody we play frauds. That's just in-general. But I do stand behind we should've swept them. Too many times we've had bases loaded or man on 3rd and 2nd 0-1 out. But the Yankees are getting it done.

Oh, and the betrayal of Jim Johnson game 3. smh! But this is still a barn burner and the game isn't over yet. It's going to go down to the wire and I think the O's will make another rally in the 9th. Let's go, O's! Let's get this money!
