Not sure why nobody's discussing this game. It's been a classic. CC going deep, getting out of 8th inning trouble, tie game....craziness.

EDIT: Russell Martin just broke the tie, lol.

What a ninth for the Yankees bats.

Yeah, CC pitched great! and the Yanks are starting to hit with RISP..They need to keep that going for the rest of the series...

Still so bummed out, but seeing that game live was one of the best experiences ever. The atmosphere from innings 1-8 was nuts...even during the delay the concourses were erupting with Orioles chants....celebrating and high fiving people that've never met. JJ just didn't have it.

Only caught the last 4 innings of the game but the little I did see was awesome. That ninth inning took the air completely out of Camden Yards. Still great to see the park full again.

O's need to get it together for game 2. Do it for the rest of us who don't want to see the Yankees move on in the playoffs.

I will gladly watch a regular season NFL game over watching what the Yankees ALWAYS do in the ALDS. Opening up old wounds isn't high on my list. The only thing that's missing is #42 coming in and breaking bats with his cutter. *shudders*

I find it strange that a Braves fan who lives in California is rooting for the Yankees of all teams. lol

Thanks for giving me a heads up on the dream crushing thing. But, it's only one game, the Yard will be a madhouse again tonight, and there's no way we get as little out of AJ/Wieters/Davis as we did last night.

Yeah, Yankee fans have been saying the same thing about Arod, Teixeira and Swisher for a couple years now!

Alex needs to stop cheating at the plate. Pitching to him must be so easy these days. Soft, soft, hard.

Jones/Wieters/Reynolds are 18 for 123 in their last 11 games.

Between Hardy, and the 3rd base coach, they really screwed the pooch there.

Wow Jeter, that was bad even with his lack of range. Very lucky Hardy didn't score.
