Re: 2012 ALDS: Baltimore Orioles v. New York Yankees
Seriously...if anyone tries to sell me on the "Jeter is a good defensive SS despite what the numbers say" I will just give them this game tape."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring." - Rogers HornsbyComment

4 pitch inning. Chen needed that big time...was at 75 pitches before the inning.Comment

Re: 2012 ALDS: Baltimore Orioles v. New York Yankees
The Yankees don't need breaks when they make mistakes. I also like how the announcer has a little excuse. On the Jeter error, his momentum was taking him a slightly away from 1st. That was a bad hop.Comment

Sickening to hear Cal like this. I understand he has to be neutral, but Hardy's error was a mistake and Tex's was due to the way the grass is cut? Come on.Comment

Oh, that's who that is? I've only been intermittently switching to this game. Almost seems like he's overcompensating.Comment

Robertson's curve was filthy that inning.
Let's see if the Yankees have some 9th inning magic again.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

JJ shuts them down 1-2-3 in the 9th, and with that we're all tied up.Comment

OPACY reached 121 decibels tonight, which is equal to the highest number that Cameron Indoor Stadium has produced. Not bad for an outdoor stadium.Comment
