The Upton brothers just hit back-to-back home runs in Denver. It's a good thing for the rest of the league that Atlanta only plays 3 games in Denver this year. They have hit 6 home runs in 1 1/2 games with 1/2 a game still to be played.

Longoria just destroyed the first pitch he saw off of Rivera to bring it to within one.

Nationals lose again. It is weird that the best pitcher in that rotation right now is Ross Detwiler. Pitched a good game again but got no run support. Hopefully he can keep it up for the rest of the year. The Nats could use another good pitcher.

Braves sweep the double header today...move to 15-5. Ties the best 20-game record I've ever seen them get off to (1997).

Great day. That was big to win both of those coming off three straight losses to Pittsburgh.

As a Rockies fan I am still optimistic that they will have a good season, but put them up against a top team like the Braves and it's clear they still have a way to go. I thought Colorado's best chance to win a game in this Braves/Rockies series was with Garland on the mound, but the Braves clobbered him in the 4th and 5th innings. With Chatwood replacing the injured Chacin tomorrow, Atlanta is looking good for the sweep. Rockies only hope is to have hot bats, but the Braves are the one's who's bats are hot in this series.

If the Marlins win a baseball game, and they have no fans to see it, does it actually happen?

Why couldn't he have done this in the ALDS last year instead of hitting those damn home runs in Game 3...

Mike Trout! What a freakin' catch to save 2 runs...off the bat I thought that a double/homer for sure.

Great catch by Trout to save the game for LA. It's a battle of the bullpens now. I feel pretty good about the Rangers chances in this one.
