While his numbers on the road the last 3 years are lower than at home, they are still good numbers, and the homerun totals are similiar. Obviously a small stadium helps, but Arod is a great player and is going to hit anywhere.

He's also no A-rod. Teams also watched the post season last year, and watched him look pathetic against one pitch, the outside breaking ball. If he hasn't improved his patience at all, he could struggle this year.

Actually his weakness against the breaking ball low and away was not news last year in the playoffs. But in the playoffs, when you are generally facing the better pitchers a team has, you were seeing pitchers who were much more capable of exploiting that hole in his swing than you might see in the regular season.
