NINJAK2- that was really lame, first off Barry put himself in this boat, and I have nothing to with this at, so your comment is dumb IMO. Second of all I love the sport of Baseball I think its the best sports ever, but cheaters can ruin the game bigtime thats what bothers me DAMN cheaters, ask Barry he know what I'm talking about.

No one's denying your love for baseball, I'm only questioning your arguement that Barry is guilty by association along with a lot of other people here. I don't like "the steroid debate" even existing in baseball just like you. What I hate even more is people coming to conclusions about others without "true" knowledge of their guilt or innocence.

I'm sure some people on this board has had a close friend who has done some dirt or has had trouble with the law. This fact doesn't automatically mean that you are involved as well. What point about this arguement don't you understand?

Finally, how did Bonds put himself in this situation? Did he pull an "Agent Smith" and take over the body of Turk and accuse himself? Unless Turk saw him visually use steroids he was probably out of line for even answering that question the way he did. Just my two cents
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

but why the was mcgwire able to slide under the radar? he was probably sittin right next to canseco sharin the needles in the a's locker room.

First of all, if Bonds knew his buddy was selling drugs to ball players and still hung with the guy and used him as a personal trainer at the cost of ruining his reputation then, yes Bonds is stupid enough to actually do the steriods as well.

Secondly, McGwire didn't slide under any table. I mean were you alive in 1998? Do you remember the negative attacts McGwire got while Sammy just smiled and said "Baseball been berry berry good to me"?

Bottom line: Bonds is an idiot either way you paint it and McGwire got drilled (rightfully so) by the media and court of public opinoin even though he ADMITTED to taking andro.

as i stated before, if he knew he was sellin aint the point. they aint rakin himover the coal for being friends. they are tryin to fill in the blank that if he was hangin with a drug dealer that makes him a drug user. and i remember mcgwire. and i also remember when he hit that 70th homerun, and kissed his kid and hugged maris family all was forgotten and forgiven. do you remember that? i also remember how i just seen him at a golf tournament and he looks like he is about 30 lbs lighter. why the drastic weight loss? i dont know. but i can do the same thing they are doin to bonds and start assuming. but i dont. this whole thing is no issue if people stop tryin to play sherlock holmes and expose someone. reporters daring players to piss in a cup and makin bets and [censored]. what the fvck is wrong with these idiots? and when people like you try to fill in the blanks, you too show your foolishness.

I could see that happening to McGwire. He hasn't played for a few years and I assume is off of his daily lifting routine. So he could lose alot of muscle mass and become smaller. With that said, who really knows?

The only way to tell if these guys are using is to test. Problem is, now that all this is out and in the public, my guess is that the players who were using are off now. All they need is one big year during a "contract year" and they're set for life.
