Sox stay on the road in Toronto then host the Yankees. Nothing like a little AL East play in the dog days.

At least there is no way this week can be as bad as that absolute abortion of a week for the Rays was last week. Worst. Roadtrip. Ever.

A bit unusual to see Casey Jannsen blow up the way he did this afternoon. Oh well....Just another typical loss for the Jays.

5 outs from a no-no and Darvish gives up the big fly...man, I thought he had it.

Damn....he's gotten close to two this year (one being a perfecto). I'm sure he'll get one eventually.

Kuroda is pitching tonight, if the Yankees can score just 3 runs, they'll win with him on the mound.

We just own Volquez this year.

Next week, Sox have Giants and Dodgers. Need to sweep or take 2 of 3 from Jays and Yankees this week. All depends on the matchups. It's time like these when I miss Buchholz the most.

Meanwhile, you pesky Rays won't stop us now!

Keep your eyes set on Sept. 10-12. Sox-Rays 3 game set at the Trop, final series this year.

EDIT: Shows the dedication and chemistry of this Sox team to see Pedroia, Saltalamacchia, and Gomes at the Jays game today. This is a magical season. #BOSTONSTRONG

Well, the Yankees bullpen almost blew it again. But Robertson regained his composure and struck out the last two Angels batters with the bases loaded.

Kuroda is just phenomenal, Quality game after Quality game, and the Yanks never give him any run support, he should have 15 or more wins instead of being just 11-7.

Kuroda's probably going on Saturday against Dempster. Don't like our odds on that one.

Well, Kuroda will probably baffle, but the flip side of the coin is that the Bronx Busters can't back him for ****, so it should be close.

Andrew Albers CG shutout tonight for the Twins.

17.1 IP and a 0.00 ERA for the first two starts of his career. Not bad!
