            They said Borowski lost some velocity this year, I hope it doesn't become a problem. Im confident considering the fact that we picked up a lot of talent this year in relief and that Wuertz kid looked damn good(well at least sounded good, Im at work and only have access to a radio).

            These were the kind of games that Wood would have either got a no decision last year or a loss. The bats picked it up when he needed some help which was definitely not the case last year. Well anyway its a long season but so far things look promising.

                  He showed alot of guts out on that mound today. He walked two, he barely had anything left, and he still managed to work his *** off to throw those pitches in the zone, and fooled Larkin with speeds. I couldn't help but think that Borowski was better for having made that performance, regardless of the two walks.
