Yesterday, or the day before, Byrnes and Russo were in a full on yelling match about Steve Bartman.

Today I come home and Millar and Rose are doing the commentary for MLB Tonight and now I find out Russo was on there too?

Do these mother****ers WANT loyalists to stop watching? My God. MLB Network is literally my last refuge.

And I LIKE Rose and Millar on Intentional Talk. Keep it there.

I wonder if the ratings for IT and Russo's show are falling or something, so the execs are parading them around trying to get interest back up.

I don't know but if this is a new path, then I'm gonna be done with MLB Network pretty damn quick. I don't want ESPN. I don't want FS1. If I wanted those, I'd watch those.

This is a really good article on how baseball has changed in the last 10 years.

I cannot wait for the day Byrnes is gone from MLB-Network. You know who I'd actually like to hear/see? A-Rod.

Pair him up with Pedro...THAT is a show worth watching.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Yes indeed, I as a Yankee fan had learned to resent AROD for all the steroids stuff and whatever, but the man flat out knows baseball inside and out, same with Pedro as my dislike with him was of course he was a Redsox player, lol

I have only seen very little of A-Rod as an analyst but what i've seen is VERY good. I still think he's a scumbag but I can put that aside if it means quality commentary.

I agree, having him and Pedro interact would be TV gold.

A-Rod and Smoltz + Vasgersian would be the best possible playoff announcing crew you could hope for. (In reality getting Joe Buck means you're in the WS or ALCS at worst, so that may be preferable)

edit: with the obvious caveat that I know A-Rod does studio work 99% of the time

A fan heckled Matt Joyce with some messed up things regarding his wife and children. Joyce retaliated, vividly telling the fan to do a very specific sexual act.

Joyce suspended two game and A's giving his salary to PFLAG.

Sadly, they're not contractually obliged the same way that players are.

He should get the same treatment that Fenway fan did though, and ban him from the park (I guess it depends on what he said, but that's not okay when you get personal).

What do ushers do besides making sure people are sitting in right section, because seems like these fan incidents happen all the time with 0 consequences. Heckle players and stuff if they want, but keep it PG(somebody please think of the children) and don't cross the line.
