So...a symbiote has latched itself onto the Marlins.

    Sounds about right.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Might as well call em the Miami Parasites.

That is one butt ugly logo.

Are the Marlins contracting someone's kid?

They can't seem to get this right at all. Just go back to the teal team version.

Eh, it’s not that bad. But yeah, just go back to teal and black and the old logo with Miami instead of Florida and call it a day.

According to Craig Mish the Marlins have several different options on the new logo that they'll choose from and MLB still has to approve. Here are some more of the options besides the one Chris Creamer posted.

I feel bad for whoever has to stitch that first logo onto a hat.

              But I like it best.

Yeah the first logo is the best out of those options but it's gonna be a hassle to stitch on.

As others have said, going back to the teal look (make it more of an accent rather than the dominant color) is the simplest option but y'know these marketing people like to overthink ****.

This season, Alex Cora has been putting one photo after every win in his office.

He announced today that when the World Series is over, they're going to auction off the photos and give all the money to the Jimmy Fund.

Funny thing is, just a few years later both Fregosi and Hollins from that Phillies squad would be with the Jays.

Mitch Williams deserves credit for being such a good sport about all of it. Imagine having to discuss and rewatch your worst moment year after year, decades after. I saw one video from 2011 on mlbn with him and Joe carter watching the game together, and as much as it pains him to watch, the fact that he's still able to put up with it is crazy.

You always think about the winner and if it ever gets old having people talking only about that one great moment, but you never think about that from the losers perspective.
