I don't know why it's such a big deal to me but I absolutely cannot stand naming rights deals. Too corporate, we're already rooting for businesses to do well, that's a step too far to me. My hate for the Mets was almost nonexistent until Citi Field was named. Hal would have to run a 400 mil payroll before I accepted selling naming rights to YS. There's just no benefit for the fans.

Dang! The Japanese All-Stars really took it to our MLB All-Stars didn't they? I really can't believe we only salvaged 1 out of 6 games. Now, we didn't have some our best MLB players but still we did take some really solid players over there.

They put it on us pretty good. I think our pitching was the weakest & Japan's pitching was really good. I think we had enough bats but not nearly enough pitching(starters & bullpen).

They put it on us pretty good. I think our pitching was the weakest & Japan's pitching was really good. I think we had enough bats but not nearly enough pitching(starters & bullpen).

Watching the games, our offense was fine (I think we averaged 6 runs/game). Our pitching, particularly the bullpen, was poor and blew several late leads. We didn't have a lot of star power on the staff, so not surprising to be honest.

They were supposed to, but it got moved to tomorrow morning.

All I know is it's a black cap, and they have that teal jersey.

I wasn't surprised that the Japanese All-Stars won some games but 5 out of 6 against still some solid MLB players? I thought maybe 2-3 wins would have been the most even against an MLB team with not many real superstars.

The pitching like you said though was not very potent at all & that's what got us beat in most games. It does show that Japan does have some talented baseball players by beating an All-Star MLB club 5 out of 6 games. I don't care which players were on the MLB team.

Logo isn't terrible, color scheme is pretty nice, but that jersey is pretty unimaginative.

I like the white jersey a lot. Very clean and simple. The black one is tough to see the lettering, though.

I don't like any of the jerseys: home white is too plain, same with gray, away is too dark, the blue alternate is a nice shade but too plain, also not a fan of the alternate logo.

I don't hate it by itself, but I think the fact that someone saw how beautiful the Heat vice city jerseys are and this is the best the Marlins could come up with is grounds for retraction.
