Ryan Drese ( I thank Orel for that one though).

<hr /></blockquote><font class="post"> That was Grady Fuson's guy. Hart let that be known a long time ago. If Drese failed, he'd be like, that wasn't my guy. Fuson drafted Drese out of high school and couldn't sign him, and also drafted him out of college and couldn't get him.

I don't even get upset with Hicks anymore. He said that A-rod would be a ranger and buck named him team captain. Every thing was A-OK in Hicksworld. If it's true that Showalter made this power move, Hicks really didn't have a choice.

Re: Ranger fans, let me hear from you.

The Rangers Starting Rotation took a big hit today losing Ricardo Rodriguez for the remainder of the season with a broken elbow, Rodriguez suffered the injury when he was hit in the elbow on a line drive off the bat of Anaheim's Robb Quinlan. Rodriguez had been the Rangers second most dependable Starter behind Kenny Rogers, he was 3-0 coming into todays game and had a streak of 15 scorless innings.

The Rangers, who need to add another Starting Pitcher and may be close to a deal with Colorado for LHP Shawn Estes, now probably needs to add two Starting Pitchers.
