Tony Batista or Julio Franco, Cal Ripken had some ugly stances back in his day, Craig Grebeck when he first came in to the league had a horrible stance as well.

Craig Counsell, Julio Franco, Marquis Grissom (his current one... you don't know how much his bat position changes throughout the year, though), Randall Simon (right before he swings), Mo Vaughn, and Ed Sprague.
