John Mayberry has 2 pinch hits in 2 pinch hit appearances this week. A double, a home run, and 4 RBI. I'll take it. Phillies up 6-2 on the Cubs in the 8th.

Thank God it's not a save situation. I can't take a Papelbon appearance today.

Mayberry murders LHP. Absolutely destroys them. As long as Sandberg understands that which he seems to be so far and doesn't hand him a starting job he's one of the most valuable bench pieces in the majors.
