I was talking about the infamous serial killer Jack the Ripper.
" I look at him and it's getting to the point where it's just scaring me. He looks younger but he doesn't carry himself in a younger manner. He's impressive, and I'm glad we drafted him. "
    - Lavar Arrington on his new Redskins teammate Sean Taylor.

      Yes...I knew that

The quote is from a character from that movie, named after Jack the Ripper
“In my lifetime, we've gone from Eisenhower to George W. Bush. We've gone from John F. Kennedy to Al Gore. If this is evolution, I believe that in twelve years, we'll be voting for plants.” - Lewis Black

Why would they name a general after a rich murderer who got off by killing hookers? Doesn't make sense to me. Eh, anyways it doesn't mean that much now seeing as how the name is from a movie. I thought you were quoting a living person... Sorry for interrupting you guys.

See the movie and you'll understand.

The guy basically goes insane and orders his squadron to nuke Russia. The whole movie is a black comedy about the end of the world. One of Stanley Kubrick's best films.

(how we got to this from a thread about Benson is amazing. Oh, Benson kicked butt last night)
