    Actually, that's not true. Last year (or two years ago) in San Diego, he got intentionally walked 4 or 5 times in the game. I remember that he got walked 5 times, and at least 4 were intentional. But, the last one was in the 10th or 11th inning or something.

    The record that he had just achieved yesterday was most intentional walks in a 9 inning game. He's had at least 4 in a game before.

                  Exactly. That is why he will not hit that many homeruns this year. Its incredibly stupid to throw him a pitch he can get his bat on.

                        No, Sabean should assemble a better offense so that Bonds would get pitches. I would walk him every time too with Alfonzo batting behind him.
