    I doubt you've seen much of Jack Wilson, but he's the same type of player. Very scrappy, bunts runners into scoring position when he has to and plays the game the way it's supposed to be played. When I say that, I mean in the sense that this guy runs out every ground ball as hard as he can and looks to take an extra base hit whenever an outfielder is slacking.

    He's really a joy to watch if you like old school baseball and get tired of watching prima donna type players. I just hope he keeps it up because the Pirates need some players like this.

      I agree with you. If the Reds could get him after Larkin retires, I would be fine with that. Coming from a Reds fan who grew up watching Conception, and Larkin play SS, that's high praise.
