How in the blue hell is Harrison not out!? He was clearly 3-4 feet out of the baseline. Horrible blown call in the Mets/Pirates game.Mets/Giants/Knicks/Rangers/Manchester United/Notre Dame Football

Don't worry, the Pirates were and are horrible with RISP. Never fear though, J-Hay with the walk off. The guy is playing out of his mind right now. Now they're two over .500 and poised to make a run.Comment

Reds continue to be one of the hottest teams in baseball since they got everyone back. Cueto pitched great and the offense picked up the slack with Votto & Ludwick having a day off. Hamilton had 3 hits & 2 RBI & Frazier was on base 4 times.Cincinnati Reds University of Kentucky Cincinnati Bengals

Not that the Brewers deserve or have anything to do with it but with the way Selig has treated the A's and their bid to relocate, it'd be very fitting and make me over-the-top happy to see the A's best the Brew Crew in the WS to see Selig out the door.Oakland Athletics San Jose Sharks

I'm heading down to Baltimore today with my wife for the Rays/Orioles game at Camden Yards. I've only been there one other time back in 2012 and loved it. Such a beautiful stadium. Got seats in a field box behind third base 5 rows from the field. Can't wait. Excited to see the Rays even though they have been dreadful this season.Comment

Man, I wonder if by the season ends the Rockies will have used 20 different starting pitchers. I can not believe their bad luck with injuries this year. I didn't expect a whole lot this year, but about a .500 record, going 81-81 was doable and then the injuries slaughtered that. I really, really, really hope they don't go and call up Gray though.7 National Championships

It really is a bummer that injuries robbed Chase Utley of the good part of 3 seasons…I'm no Phillie fan, but have always loved watching that man play baseball. He does everything well, does it right, and is a joy to watch regardless of who you root for."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do.
