    Re: Autographs

I got all these from Spring Training games earlier this year: Moises Alou, Barry Zito, Alfonso Soriano, Tim Salmon, Laynce Nix, and Rusty Greer.

My baseball coach got me a Rusty Greer (I have two Greers now) as well as one from Hall of Famer Ferguson Jenkins.

My dad got these for me at Spring Training games:
Mark Teixeira, Mike Lamb, and Chuck Finley.

I also have a ball signed by former Rangers head coach Johnny Oates, as well as one by Padres manager Bruce Bochy.

I have a ball that has about 10 autographs from the Padres. I know Phil Nevin's is on there, but I was pretty young when I got it, so I really don't know which other autographs are on the ball. I do know that a ton of guys signed my ball (since I have 10 autographs on it), but that Brett Boone was one of the only one's who completely ignored everyone.

BTW- The onle one's I didn't meet in person were Ferguson Jenkins, Johnny Oates, and the ones my dad got me (Teixeira, Lamb, and Finley).

You've got a pretty nice collection there. And the guy with the six fingers is Antonio Alfonseca.

If he signed your card, doesn't that mean you saw the six fingers up close? If you did, what did they look like? Do they actually work? I've always wondered this.

Dave Bergman (former Tiger from the 84 team)...he was at a sports card show at a mall near me, during the time I was big into cards as a kid. I bought a few cheap Bergman cards and he signed them for free...kinda cool, I think I still have them somewhere, but not worth crap I think

Yeah, Antonio Alfonseca, thats his name. I got his sig at a spring training game, it was kinda funny. He really tried to cover up the fact that he had 6 fingers...like i handed him my card, and he sorta snatched it away and signed it with his back towards me, lol. But i already knew about his fingers, so i didnt mind...i shoulda been like, "Thanks a lot man, high five!"
