I don't think there is widespread hatred of the Nats. It's mostly concentrated to Braves, Phillies, and some Orioles fans. Outside of that, it's just random personal bias that some people have. Maybe Harper rubs some folks the wrong way. Or Jayson Werth. It's certainly not widespread like how people despise the Yankees.

I don't think O's fans have a hatred for the Nats at all. Lots of Ravens fans hate the Skins but in terms of baseball, people in Baltimore don't really think about the Nats.

I think you're right about the rest though as I haven't seen too many people hating the Nats. A lot of people don't like Bryce Harper though.
