And the whole betting thing is the only thing holding him back right? Imo, big deal. To my knowledge, he never bet against his team, therefore its not like he was out there throwing games

That's right, it is a big ****ing deal. Without integrity, if going forward people were to question the outcomes of games because of gambling allegations it could irreparably damage the game of baseball.

Im not going to derail this thread anymore and will leave it at this. I will always stand by what I said unless shown otherwise. There is no questioning outcomes because he bet with his teams. I agree he should receive some form.of.punishment but a lifetime ban? Naw...now if someone shows me where he bet against his team, then I will switch sides.
