As a Phils fan, I can honestly say that I love how the Mets jetted into first place since last week. I'm actually sad that I haven't watched any Nats games with their broadcasters. I can just imagine what they're saying.

"Ya know, even though they're in second place, the team is orchestrated as if they really are a first place team. This may be the best all-around second place team in the history of second place teams."

Other than having a high pitch count after 1, 34 pitches only at 87 total through 5. Owens is looking pretty good. Only gave up 1 run so far and 3 hits, 1 walk and has 5 Ks.

Chris Johnson continues to amaze me with his ineptness as a baseball player. Bases loaded, one out. A rocket is hit to him for an easy double play...except he forgot how many outs there were. He trots to first for the out and continues towards the dugout and a run scores. Thanks, Frank Wren...
