Yankees/Blue Jays game is awesome. Crazy atmosphere. Bautista just threw someone out at third on an incredible throw. Originally called safe but was overturned.

    Playoff-type ****.

That throw was insane...Clemente like. Glad they got the call right...I thought he was out in real time.

And having A-Rod up with the bases loaded, that was nerve-racking. This may not be the A-Rod of a decade ago, but still not someone you want to see up in a late tie game with men on.

What a match up...Betances vs Bautista. Love baseball!

...and Betances K's Encarnacion with the bases loaded to end the threat.

Navarro...how big that out at the plate in the top of the 9th is now! I've never liked Navarro as a player..seems lazy and like he's wasted his talent.

Bautista with a wicked strike to nail the runner at home. Navarro ties it up..............what a game

What a time for his 2nd blown save this year. Could feel it coming once Bautista made that play.

Kris Bryant with a homer and a double. Now hitting .278/.371/.505 with 26 HR and 98 RBI. The HR and RBI marks are both Cubs franchise records for a rookie. Bryant will end the evening somewhere around 6.0 fWAR.

Add a 3-hit shutout onto the Cy Young pile for Arrieta.

Jake Arrieta now 20-6 with a 220:48 K:BB ratio in an NL most 216 IP. Also most pitches thrown in the NL. Now at 1.88 ERA and gaining on Greinke. Should be somewhere in the neighborhood of 6.5 fWAR after tonight. Hopefully he'll get wins 21 and 22 his next times out.

Good win for the Cubs and the magic number continues to dwindle.
