Ryan said that adding Park did not necessarily mean that third baseman Trevor Plouffe would need to be traded to keep exciting young power hitter Miguel Sano in the lineup. Explaining that the team is “adding, not subtracting,” Ryan said that it is “serious about the possibility of Sano playing in the outfield.

      Everytime I see a thread you've posted in, I think it's me...then wonder when I posted it because I don't remember...then I see it's not my name.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Phillips is someone I've been hoping Jays got for a few years now. I think they had some interest in him before, but with AA gone, who knows what guys Jays are interested in now.

And Chapman added to their bullpen would be huge for them. They badly need another lefty in there. Or if he is the closer, a Sanchez-Osuna-Chapman 7-8-9 inning combo...that's lights out for the opponents.

Chapman makes sense because there was talks about him moving at the deadline.

I know that, was looking for a specific link if there was any details. I think the Reds are looking into options for every player save the young guys. Hopefully Frazier, Chapman, BP and Bruce are all gone before spring training.

I like how he waited to go to Boston before building a proper bullpen.
                            Thanks for nothing DD!

Pirates are open to dealing Melancon. He is going into a contract year, but he has been solid sine he took the job over from Grili. I know that Watson is the closer in waiting, but if he does go, they better get something decent for him. Although the closer market this year is saturated.

He is the third best guy available. And IMO he is a clear notch below Chapman and Kimbrel.
