Dusty Baker? Man. I thought he got a bit too much flack but the game definitely passed him by.

Man I sure hope not! That's more ego maniac & head case than BJ Upton and right now Puig doesn't have the stats while playing a full season. He's injury prone. Who would he respect Freddie Freeman! Man I'll pass!

I would throw up if it happened. But it wouldn't surprise me at all, with this supposed "international emphasis" we seem to be going for.

Baker hiring is official. Good luck with that Washington.

If the Dodgers trade Puig don't be surprised if they make a run for Jason Heyward and either trade or release one of our other OF's on the roster.

I could see the Tigers making a move for him.

That's precisely the rumour I heard this morning on XM MLB.

Bud Black! Bud Black is a great pitching coach. He doesn't have a winning record as the "head guy" He should've took the deal.

Looking at his fWAR I thought he was much better 2013-2014 than what is shown...his defense is subpar too.

I think our focus needs to be on the pen. So many wins we gave away last year must be rectified.

Red Sox picked up the option on Clay Buckles.

                            I'd like Sonny Gray.

I concur. But that goes against your post yesterday though. Of landing an ace without giving up any prospects.

Dusty Baker will at least have the guts to stand up to any shenanigans in the clubhouse but Strasburg's arm will drop off in a year or two.

Good luck with that Nats fans.

Jays picked up the options on Bautista, Encarnacion and Dickey. They declined the option on isturis opting instead to buy him out for a million bucks. Talk about a guy who completely dropped off the cliff. I remember when we got Isturis we were all "this guy is going to be a rock at 2B" oh well.

Next for the Jays is whether they make the 15.8 mil qualifying offer to Estrada.
