He's actually been much better since returning from the DL at the end of August last year. In that stretch, he's 8-4 (9-4 if he wins tonight) and he's gone at least 6 innings in every start. Interestingly enough, since he returned he's nearly doubled the percentage of time that he throws his sinker (at least according to the Red Sox radio guys)."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball.
