Can't win 'em all, surprised they even got in the game after Teheran shut them down. Will be glad when the weather warms up in Chicago. Good resilience by the Braves.

It would be cool if they had a season similar to the year Tony Pena managed the Royals where they were the surprise of the league but faded down the stretch. I think any rational Phillies fan would take that in a heartbeat compared to the talk from the national media all offseason.

We had a season similar to that in 2000 or 2001 (I think?) in Larry Bowa first year of being the manager. The 1st half of the season was a surprise and the 2nd half regressed back with the Braves eventually winning the division. Since I was only 3 in 1993; it was the first time I experienced the Phillies being decent.
