Went and took a little nap, woke back up and geez it's hard to imagine that Arrieta would get tagged like this, lol. Glad to see the Cubs were able to pull out a wild one in Cincy--such a bandbox there.

Also, Kris Bryant is nice. The youngest Cubbie to have a 3 HR game. Move over Ernie Banks. With 3 HRs and 2 doubles in the ball game, he's the first MLB player ever to record that specific combination in a single game.

I wouldn't say tagged. He gave up 4 hits. The problem was he had no control and walked 5.

        Saw this on the twitter:
        Kershaw this season - 121 IP, 9 BB, 145 K
        Arrieta last 2 starts - 10 IP, 9 BB, 10 K

Also, Bryant is a ****ing monster. I'm going to enjoy watching that dude play.

It's almost 2am ET. How much longer can you delay a game?

So Red Sox lose last night and Farrell (read Torey Luvollo) holds a team meeting and now we are beating Tampa. Still waiting for Farrell to get fired.

Joe Maddon is having a blast managing tonight I bet. In the 15th inning and he's put 3 different pitchers in left field.

Baez grand slam in the 15th! Maddon was switching Wood and Patton back and forth from left field to pitcher. I had never seen such a thing. Now Strop is in left field. Lol.

He actually did this in a game last year, too. I remember it reminding me of a high school game with guys going from the mound to the field.
