Scary collision involving Altuve. Had to leave the game.

Reds 7-3 start was fun while it lasted.

The 10 seasons of pitching 190+ innings and being a horse in that rotation has pretty much killed his effectiveness. There's one of two ways this can play out:

              1. He continues to struggle and has injury problems that plague him throughout his 30s

              or

              2. At some point he's going to have to retool his entire way of pitching much in the same vein as guys like Frank Tanana who were flame throwers but became soft tossers as they got older.

The sad thing is, Felix is only 31 years old. He should conceivably still have a lot left in the tank.

Thames has 11 homeruns, eight off Reds pitching. Not sure I'd pitch to him at all, if I was the Reds.

Good Gawd....I love Marcus Stroman...The kid hit a double and scored (hopefully) the go-ahead run.

Jays have their catcher starting at 3B and their ace scoring runs. What a weird game.

It's also first time in franchise history a pitcher had a pinch hit.

Not that it's any surprise, but mlbs random drug tests are a lie.

Thames "randomly" selected 3 times in just over a month to be tested...I wonder why. I remember Encarnacion and Bautista got tested dozens of times in their breakout years too. Mlb supposedly claiming it was a coincidence they were randomly tested so often.

Has this ever happened before....and I'm guessing no, but Myers and Turner (traded for each other) both hit a cycle...in the same month...in the same ballpark.
