The streak for most games without a loss is 26. The Giants won 12, tied one (which counts because both teams kept the stats from said game), then won the next 14.
But the record for most consecutive wins WAS the 1935 Cubs with 21, but now it's the Indians.Boston Red Sox

I saw some of that late inning drama in Cleveland. It's crazy how the fans are acting like if the Indians lose it's the end of the world. It's kinda surreal how this win streak has taken on a significance to the point that if it ends in Cleveland people are gonna feel like they lost Game 7 of the World Series.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Both MLB and Elias agree the 26-game streak is the MLB record despite what people are saying about a "tie." Len Kasper mentioned this on the Cubs game tonight, too.
Put it this way...if the Indians are losing or tied tomorrow and the result of the game is incomplete/ultimately wiped out and replayed, nobody is going to deem the streak as being "finished on account of a tie/loss."Last edited by WaitTilNextYear; 09-14-2017, 11:48 PM.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

Two straight walk-off home runs for the Twins. Pretty fun.
Last night's was Byron Buxton, who has bounced back from that putrid start to put together a decent season.Last edited by ImTellinTim; 09-15-2017, 10:02 AM.Comment

I thought for sure the Twinkies would bail out but they've kept a hold on that WC spot. Dozier has heated up at the right time.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.
