If he's willing to go to Canada I could see a scenario like that.

Why do you guys want Hosmer? Inconsistent bat, and overrated defender. Good leader...but that's about it.

        Give me JD and Santana/Abreu.

Mets have had discussions with 2 teams about a trade for Matt Harvey. He's a guy that could use a change of scenery.

So happy Stanton goes to the Yankees. What an excellent, excellent move in all aspects.

Now it'll be great if neither the Red Sox or Dodgers get JD Martinez or Hosmer. Oh man that would just be the perfect scenario.

I personally think J.D. Martinez ends up in Boston. Or they make some out of nowhere trade for a bat.
I've read/heard rumors that the Red Sox were discussing Jose Abreu with the White Sox, or at least inquired.

A's reportedly interested in Stephen Piscotty.

I would rather hang on to Piscotty and trade Grichuk if we are hell bent on trading younger outfielders.

Just wait until next year when the Dodgers get your boy Harper.

All told the Marlins still have a nice core there. Yelich, Ozuna, Realmuto, Bour. Castro if he stays.

You just unloaded a monster contract. You could stop there.
