    God that franchise is insufferable.

The Marlins too, **** the Marlins.
Well with Matt Chapman and Matt Olson on the roster he became expendable I guess.

Red Sox are expected to announce the hiring of Tony La Russa in some capacity tomorrow.

No idea what for, but it's Tony La Russa.

        Interesting.....

He's always been a creative guy but such a micro manager.

          Dodgers' offseason:

          1. I'm sure we'll make a concerted effort to sign Darvish, but he'll go somewhere else.

          2. We'll be in on Otani, obviously.

          3. Sign relievers Roberts can trust, since he relied on the same 2-3 guys over and over again and that cost us big.

          4. Joc might have bought himself another year with his World Series performance. Anyways, it'll be interesting to see what Friedman does with him.

          5. Could be in the market for 2B again, since Forsythe was sort of a disappointment.

I wonder if the Dodgers would be interested in Cesar Hernandez. Phillies may shop him with Scott Kingery waiting in the wings.

Justin Upton and the Angels have agreed to a 5-year contract extension.

That was fast! Wasn't he supposed to hit the market? Seems like he really likes it there if he opted to sign right away.

He had an opt-out or could stay for 4 year and 88 million.

5 years and 106 million is the deal.

                      Great for both sides.

Excellent news. Hope the Angels go after Darvish and Dee Gordon too.

This should be the Cardinals plans for the offseason:

                          STEP 1: Trade Dexter Fowler

                          STEP 2: Trade Dexter Fowler

                          STEP 3: Trade Dexter Fowler

                          STEP 4: Trade Dexter Fowler

Cubs will take him back if you eat the contract.
