Yeah those sliders should've been 10-12 inches off the plate

What an asswhooping. That was fun to watch. We had a ton of luck tonight, with a couple of hard hit balls ricocheting off bases, etc.

Baez has been very average on defense so far. Some nice DP turns, but everything else is bouncing off his glove...

Baez doesn't quite have it with the glove yet this season. Not an easy play there, but one he makes look easy most of the time

Not a good day for the Yankees. They lost and McKinney got hurt. The OF depth is taking hits left and right.

The Cubs could really use a 7 IP, 1 R game from Q tomorrow

Braves leading the world in runs scored and OPS through the first series...won't last, but I'll enjoy it while it does

FWIW, Jim Johnson has looked extremely sharp in his two outings this year.

Maybe so, but still sitting at 0.0 WAJJ.

                            Per Mark Bowman twitter:

Crew chief Jerry Layne acknowledged the Phillies messed up the pitching change and he understood why Snitker was so angry. But he said he felt he needed to protect Milner by giving him a chance to warm up
                            That's INCREDIBLE.

The ump felt bad for Milner because of how inept Kapler is. Snitker was absolutely correct and while one side of me says the ump shouldn't have stepped in, it would've been terrible had the pitcher gotten hurt because he had a dead cold arm trying to throw 90+.

Kapler is literally going to injure every pitcher on this team.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Yeah, he pulled the starter and didn't have a single guy up in the pen warming up.
