He's still in the organization. If Kapler continues to be an embarrassment then I see him returning to the dugout.

Yu Darvish out after 4.1 innings. Not what was needed after 17 innings last night.

Darvish was totally unimpressive. He should be eating Miami's lunch, but was content to nibble, nibble, nibble. Gross.

Flipped to the Twins game to see some of the no-hitter and lost interest when I saw Gibson wasn't pitching anymore.

Tough way for McCarthy to end his night. He pitched really well, all things considered. He didn't get the 6-7 innings I thought we needed but he looked sharp. He worked the corners well and his curve had nice snap. Him staying healthy is a long shot, but I'm pulling for him.

Ryan Flaherty with a 4/4 night!

This is insane. This is not so much a game but a seminar on the art of hitting. 17 hits through 5.1 innings...wow.

I was in here last season posting, first time in a long time the Brewers made it interesting till late September/October in a while when they were the surprise of the league and less than half of the Cubbies payroll. lolz.

Braves lineup did well this series...I'm chalking this up to Kapler's incoherence.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Hey Strop. Next time you walk off the mound thinking you got strike 3 and didn't, just keep on walking.

                        Tied at 6.

I'm legitimately starting to wonder if Kapler makes it to the All-Star break. Dude manages like a drunk person or an eight year old plays a baseball video game.

Dude is one bad slide at home away from getting swept with three glaring managerial errors in all three games

Cubs might need to carry 15 pitchers with the way this season has started.

Yeah, if he's gonna be treated like he's that fragile, this whole closer thing isn't gonna work out for him. I bet we're in the market for a closer about 2 months from now.

Carlos Gomez might genuinely be the stand out hitter in the team.

The pitching is going better than expected though so far, Snell in particular looks ready to step up and become that guy everyone thought he could be
I was listening to local sports radio Thursday and one of the guys predicted 15 wins for Snell. I was like, yea right. Not with the way we bring in runs. Just look at Archer's record last year.
