Morrow blew that one. But the key part of the game was getting nothing off Holland and Hicks.

If you ask me, the Phils broadcasting staff is showing a bit too much man-love for the Nationals players. They're division rivals, and yes, you want to be objective in your reporting, but, man......

You should flip over to the Nats feed...they are always objective and never show any man love, especially to Nationals players or Bryce Harper. You'll be glad you did!

You should search my name and read my posts about the gNatitude broadcasting staff!

But let me guess about something for today. "Bryce Harper's 0-4 day today with 2 strikes has never been done better!"

And my gosh, Neris as a closer continues to make me a nervous wreck.

I am fully aware of your love of the Nats broadcasting staff, especially FP Santangelo, which is why I made the post

              Atlanta pitches terrible at home.

Good grief...I thought the Giants offense was supposed to suck? They look like the 1927 Yankees against us these last two nights.

Yeah, so the team decides to finally score more than 3 runs only for Chatwood to walk everyone (like usual) and the bullpen to blow it. This team is underperforming pretty badly.

I figured that we will need to lose 5 in a row after winning 5 in a row. This team's DNA so far.

I really think I've seen enough of Lucas Sims...the guy isn't a major league pitcher. Not sure what more we need to see to make that determination.

Why are we bunting in a 7 run game!? That's awful...

The way that the ball just flies off Acuna's bat, even on grounders...it's incredible. I feel that once he figures out how to get and wait for HIS pitch, he's going to be an elite hitter.

These wild pitches from the Pirates are going to be a problem if this trend continues through the entire season. Whatever happened to pitchers being able to control their pitches? I guess it makes sense to light up the radar gun but 100+MPH isn't going to be effective if you can't hit the broadside of a barn.

Kimbrel became the 29th pitcher to record 300 saves. But he did it in the fewest games (494), in the fewest opportunities (330), and at the youngest age (29) .

He has the highest save percentage in baseball history at 90.9%.

He's amazing...he'll go down as the one trade that pisses me off. Of all the guys in the 30 years I've rooted for the Braves, he's the one we let get away that bothers me the most. Glad he's at least on a good team and being used.

So the Jays lose yet another series in Tampa....There's got to be some real bad mojo in that building. I've never seen a team have such dominance over another team no matter how good/bad they are.
