Yankees injuries just piling up. This is just absurd. 5 out of the nine starting position players are hurt lol. Whatever.

Chris Iannetta came into the Rockies-Giants game in the ninth inning, and by the time the game was over he received a golden sombrero.

When there's nothing else to blame, you gotta blame pace of play.

Brewers finally win a game in California. Jimmy Nelson and Jeremy Jefferes need to return asap to the pitching staff.

The pitching still gave up 5 runs last evening.

Speaking of which, check out this video of his first home run this year in Oakland:

Look at the clock in the stadium. It changes to 2:47 PM as it's going out.

Heck, look at the entire tweet. Notice somewhere else it says 247?

Stop the presses - Chris Davis got a base hit. And it drove in 2 runs.

This Dean kid of the Marlins sure seems like an adventure in right field.

A proper one as well, solidly struck, no cheapy. Delighted for him and delighted that he asked for the ball!

At this point MLB needs to make an exception and let him change his number to 247

I'm guessing he's going to get a $247 million contract at $24.7 million per year, as well.

An example of how baseball is changing:

Newcomb is 0-0 with 2 no decisions...but check out the headline.
