Freeman homer. 3 runs in 18 innings ain't too bad.

Offense hasn’t been good the last two games. But I have confidence the offense will come through more often than not. I have zero confidence in anyone in the bullpen right now.

The offense is in better shape than the bullpen despite these last two games. They are the reason we've lost the last two games, though. The offense still isn't great and neither is this team as a whole. I was against you all last year saying the team was not that good and got lucky the NL East was as bad as it was. Once they made the playoffs they didn't even belong on the field with the LAD.

Now the team is going to be exposed this year that they weren't as good as many thought last year and they are going to have to play 100x better than they have to this point to even be in the wildcard race. It's a shame this organization has been run so poorly and we're going to waste a talent like Freddie Freeman. Hopefully they get lucky and don't waste Acuna also, but who knows.

I can't believe I'm even going to bother responding to such drivel, but...

The Braves offense has scored 6+ runs 9 times in 18 games. They have scored 4+ runs 14 times in now 18 games. They were ranked #9 in runs scored per game coming into today. But for the first time this season they failed to put up at least 5 runs in any back to back game sample size so they suck. Because you know #logic.

I never said the offense sucked. I said they aren't as great as you all make them out to be. You think you'd learn after last year that the Braves are not a very good team. You all pump the Braves up so much. You did last year also when by the end of the season it was incredibly clear the Braves were an okay team that benefited from beating up on the Mets and Marlins.

You all can be happy to have watched this team tank on purpose just to build this turd of a team, but I'll sit back in reality and know that this team was not good last year and is probably worse this year.

Grichuk isn't too happy about the bat flip we saw this week.

The Braves scored nine runs in three games. That's not exactly setting the world on fire but it by no means signifies a glaring weakness. It's a blip I am more that comfortable living with over the course of a 162 game season.

What I'm not comfortable with is the fact that AJ Minter has a WHIP that has floated above 2.00 and an ERA a hair under 8.00 and he's probably going to be the guy called on in save situations.

I want Kimbrel and I don't see how the Braves can be competitive without him, but at this point it's putting duck tape over a hole in the dam. I understand he can't control injuries but AA has really screwed the pooch on this one. I see no other course of action than to sign Kimbrel and call up Touki, Bryse, and Gohara and move them to the bullpen and hope for the best.

Eric Sogard had a whale of a game for the Jays today Nice to see the Jays' bats being somewhat more consistent compared to the early part of the year.

Signing Kimbrel makes no sense when we aren't a contender and he is demanding so much money and multiple years.

A day after popping out to 1B for the first time in his career, Joey Votto just hit his first career lead-off home run.

Seems like Cody Bellinger and Christian Yelich homer just about everyday. I hope these guys keep this up all year.

                              Angels game is absolutely insane.

Angels were down huge, rallied all the way back to cut it to 10-9.. The GOAT Andy Simmons just saved two runs in the top of the 8th with a ridiculous defensive play and now the Angels have finally tied it at 10-10.

                              Insane game.

I changed it after Calhoun's HR made it a 10-5 game. Rookie mistake
