Re: 4/15 - 4/28 Game Discussion Thread
This might sound dumb, but this Cleveland/Atlanta game is "beautiful" to watch from an aesthetics perspective. Jacobs Field (I'm not calling it anything else) is one of the more beautiful parks in baseball, the jerseys for both teams are on point/colors pop, and the weather today makes the grass/field really pop on the screen."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. These blue jerseys for Atlanta...
Magnificent! I think I may have to get one this year.

Haven’t watched the Tribe yet this year, but how is Jose Ramirez hitting .145? That has to be concerning with how he finished the year last season.

It would have been a great play, but Ozzie also needs to make the play on that smash. It’s a DP and he’s out of the inning...

These are things Francoeur ought to be saying or at least showing as a colour man.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.Comment

For an organization that prided itself on pitching for SO long, it's amazing how poor our pitching has been for the last 5-6 years. I wonder if we can get Leo Mazzone out of retirement?"People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. Yet another instance of a manageable deficit made worse by a terrible bullpen.
This team's going nowhere fast right now.
The organizational pitching approach failure must be addressed. I was sold a bill of goods for years about our 87 pitching prospects while we lost for years on purpose.Comment

Judge going on the IL.
At this rate they should change their name to Scranton Wilkes Barre because that’s who they have playing mostly

I love how the bullpen gets 1-2-3 innings when the game is out of hand...don't quote their numbers to me, Chip Carey, about how good they are. They suck when it matters."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring." - Rogers HornsbyComment
