I really do love this team. Not an ounce of quit in them and one through nine will scrap. I really felt like anybody could have tied it once Dansby got on base, not just Freeman or Donaldson via a dinger.

...on the other hand, the Braves could have probably won by just gluing the bat to their shoulder, Neris couldn't keep it in the zone to save his life and they almost swung themselves into a loss. Probably not a good idea to have a closer that does nothing but spam a splitter. But I will absolutely take a bloop double into the gap on an excuse me swing

My wife is out of town so I sold my tickets. Invited the siblings over for a movie night. As they are heading out I check the score and see Bmac up, and then the fireworks happened. Looks like I missed a great game.

It's crazy that the Braves have scored 30 in the last 4 games and only have a +5 run differential in that time.

I'm still high from that game...this team never quits. I loved the 2018 team so much, but 2019 is starting to grab me even more.

ATL is gonna most likely take this series, but they'll be facing a very different Phils bullpen next time they see them (probably Neshek, Robertson, Morgan and possibly Seranthony will be back).

I think it's about time for the Vince Velasquez experiment to be over. He hasn't exactly been holding well enough.

Both bullpens stink, but the Phillies at least have the excuse that most of their relievers are out with injuries. Ours just flat out stinks for the most part.

GK still has been getting too cute with the bullpen, but now he can't afford to.

On another note..... have I talked this year about how I can't stand the TV broadcasters, especially McCarthy and Kruk? Ben Davis has definitely gotten better, but McCarthy is so vanilla and McGoo, commenting way too much on a fan who just made a great catch in the stands or what food they're going to be eating. Plus he becoming increasing Capt. Obvious Observation..... stating what we had just seen for ourselves on the screen (outside of the PBP stuff). And Kruk is just too much homerism for me.

Pretty crazy start to this past week.

Sunday- Nationals go back-to-back-to-back-to-back off Craig Stammen

Monday- D-Backs go back-to-back-to-back off Jerad Eickhoff to start the game, both teams combine for 13 home runs (most ever in one game)

Tuesday- Braves hit 4 home runs off Chris Archer in the 2nd inning (back-to-back, out, back-to-back)
