It looked bad the day he signed it, but the Phillies can afford it.

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Monday is one of (if not the) last special game for Jays this year in terms of drawing fans.

Playing against Trout while the Raptors on parade day will more than likely roll into the building and show off trophy, and do the ceremonial first pitch stuff.

fair but if you look at his last 6 the walks are drastically down and his results is being propped up by a bad start in Cincy where no one in the Pen was available so they tried to get him through 8. I'm not saying he's an ace but he's at least Solid now.

I hope so. But he has a 5.06 FIP this season and he's walking over 5 per 9 innings. I haven't seem him sustain anything other than inconsistency so far in a Cub uniform.

Padres and Rockies playing a true Coors Field ball game. Renfroe is up to 23 homers already. Tatis Jr. has been impressive also -- .341/.395/.630 not bad for the rookie.

Listening to the Cubs on the radio feed and they just mentioned that the Padres-Rockies series has broken a 90-year old record for the most combined runs in a 4-game series. Charlie Blackmon has 15 hits in the series. LOL

                    Yep, they scored 92 runs. (9-6, 16-12, 14-8, 14-13)

Previous record from 1929 was 88 runs between the Dodgers and Phillies.

That might be the softest base hit Contreras gets all year.

That sure looked like Martin missed everything...didn’t matter in the end.

The call against Baez was right...the call against Bryant was a job.

As was the strike 2 call on Contreras...I don't want robo umps...but good grief, I don't get this many free passes at work

Welp, that's about as bad a beat as the Contreras RBI.
