I'm surprised I haven't made my way into this thread yet..

Ok - the Mets are going to be solid this year. However, if they're going to make the playoffs, they'll have to settle for a Wild Card. I see the Braves taking this division again, like I said last year, even with all the doubters.

I can't wait to see Reyes, if he's back to 100%, Wright, and Beltran in action in the Big Apple. The three should form a solid core for the Mets for a long while, and they only benefit from hitting in the same lineup as power threats Piazza and Floyd, and occasionally Mike Cameron chips in with a bomb.

The Mets are very good on paper, but I don't think they'll win the NL East.

Simple, they got the Mets Network coming in 2006, so it's only natural they try to get the Mets back on NYers minds.
