You'd be assuming that the leadoff hitter wouldn't have made an out. In this case Garcia sacrificed Profar over to third before Montero walked Grisham and Tatis. First pitch was well out of the zone.

My new favorite last name in the MLB is Bemboom.
It's too bad he didn't field that cleanly, because then the Rangers would have likely automatically walked (puke) the next batter to load the bases.

Not only have the Padres gotten a grand slam in 4 straight days, but Tatis was involved in all 4, giving him the "Grand Slam Cycle"
