Got to say I wasn't too keen with baseball returning during a pandemic, but I'm enjoying the Jays playing some teams tough. Playing in Tampa remains our House of Horrors. It's hard to tell the difference between these games in Tampa and pre-Covid games since no one in Tampa ever showed up for Jays-Rays games anyway. Glad we don't have to return after Monday's afternoon game.

I am really finding it hard to watch other teams play in empty stadiums. Do you guys find it hard to watch games that don't involve your team?

It's honestly not bothering me at all. I've really enjoyed it. Been some really excited story lines so far. The only thing is the 7 inning bs and the runner on second. That needs to be scrapped immediately. Other then that it's been fun watching for me.

You'd think Montoyo would know why Tampa has been able to beat Jays all the time. Even the horrible Devil Rays teams best the Jays.

Jays just have to stay at least .500 and they'll all but likely make the playoffs. Still lots of sesson to be played though.


And I find overall it's hard watching other games in all sports. One thing I love about watching NHL and NBA playoffs is that no matter who the home team is, it'll be a crowd that's into the game. Either home team has them cheering, or road team silences them.

None of that being present has hurt watching for me. Definitely not the same feel at all. I'll use a diff analogy than I used online before because I got roasted for it. But it's like watching an action movie or show without a soundtrack. At times its just background noise, other times it makes a moment. But once its gone, you notice it.

Jays manage to split series vs Rays in Tampa which has been a horror zone for them.

Best news, Jays dont have to play Tampa again all season.

They're now half a game behind the Astros for 7th and half a game up on the 9th place Os. Although Astros get in for sure because of that stupid 2 teams per division rule, so if Jays and Os both pass them, 1 will miss out. Imagine that outrage if this season is the one where Astros get benefitted by a new MLB rule change.

Only bad part about Jays remaining schedule is the 10 games vs the Yankees. Although Os play the Yankees 8 times and Rays 7, so that will help out Jays

Lol, this one is too good:

Aaron Loup has appeared in 6 Jays games this month.

The Jays are 3-3 in those 6 games.

He has been the reason for all 3 of those Jays wins.
